The EFPC coordinator responded to the WHO global strategy on people-centred and integrated health services before the deadline of 15 July.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Heads of Medicines Agencies (HMA) have released the ‘EU Medicines Agencies Network Strategy to 2020’, a draft common strategy to 2020 for the European medicines agencies network, for a three-month public consultation.

The EFPC Working Group on EMA issues prepared a response which was endorsed by its' membership and has now been send to the EMA as relevant input from the Primary Care field.

How do we develop sustainable patient centric community care policies while meeting the demands of various key stakeholders? This was the question at the heart of the discussions during Health First Europe's conference on 'Making Patient-centred community care a Reality'.

The EFPC secretariat wants to draw your attention to the following public consultations of the European Medicine Agency and the World Health Organisation. For the WHO consultation you are requested to provide your own individual response emphasizing the need to include Community Oriented Primary Care as a basic cornerstone for their future strategies, deadline 15 July but for the EMA consultation we formulated an EFPC response which has been send around to our members for endorsement before the 25th of June.
