The EFPC Main-Conference will take place in Center Rog
Trubarjeva cesta 72
1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia

Center Rog is a modern production space, designed for everyone who enjoys creating with their hands, regardless of their knowledge and age. The nine production labs, which are the heart of the house, provide a space for learning and using both traditional and modern digital technologies. Here, you can engage in concrete and tangible challenges – from repairing various objects to improving and creating new, innovative, and socially beneficial products. In Center Rog, there are also nineteen project studios and five residential apartments, in addition to a new branch of the Ljubljana City Library, Rog Library, a large exhibition and event hall, a café, bistro, and restaurant, as well as several shops with local products. In front of Center Rog is a large public park, and in comfortably equipped drop-in corners on all floors, you can rest, work, or socialize at any time.

The Pre-Conference will take place in Maribor, hosted by the Maribor Community Health Centre (Ulica talcev 5, Maribor).

CITY BUSES AROUND LJUBLJANA

Residents and visitors use the Ljubljana bus system to travel and drive around Ljubljana with Ljubljana Public Transport (LPP) buses.

Passengers on Ljubljana’s urban and intercity passenger transport lines can pay for their bus journeys with payment cards (Visa and Mastercard), mobile wallets or other wearable devices.

Payment procedure:

  1. To travel within one zone, the passenger must swipe the payment card to the validator. For travel between a group of stops in two or more zones, the passenger must select the appropriate zone before using the payment card on the validator.
  2. If a passenger wishes to pay for more than one person, he/she must inform the driver of the number of persons for whom he/she is paying before using the payment card.

The payment card may only be used to pay the fare for the vehicle on which the passenger has boarded. Payment by payment card does not allow transfers between different buses without having to pay the fare again. Check the price list

The control of payment by payment card is carried out in the same way as for Urbana, by reading the payment card at the controller’s terminal. The passenger shall, at the request of the controller, allow the payment card to be read, which shall be done by the controller at the control terminal.

For each validation, the card to be validated must be independently swiped at the validator. This is the only way that the terminal will detect the card you want to validate.
